桂哌齐特治疗慢性脑供血不足80例

摘    要:
目的:探讨桂哌各特对慢性脑供血不足(CCCI)病人的临床疗效。方法:选择CCCI病人80例,给予桂哌齐特注射夜160mg,静脉滴注,疗程14d,观察疗效。并分别于治疗前后用TCD测量脑血流速度,阻力指数(RI),用比色法测定血浆丙二醛(MDA),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),用放免法测定血浆内皮素(ET)、CGRP水平。结果:桂哌齐特治疗2周后,头晕、头重、失眠总有效率别为98.8%、93.2%、86.4%;血浆RI下降;血浆MDA和ET含量较治疗前下降(P<0.01),而SOD和CGRP水平较治疗前上升(P<0.01)。结论:桂哌齐治疗CCCI效果显著,无明显不良反应。

Abstract:
Objectire:To study therapeutic effect of cinepazide malate for chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency (CCCI). Methods:Cinepazide malate was injected with CCCI in a dose of 160 mg/day for 14 days in 80 patients. The peak of velocity(VP),resistance index (RI)of middle cerebral artery(MCA) and vertebral artery(VA) were studied with TCD. The levels of plasma malonic aldehyde and superoxide dismutase (SOD) were determined with chromatomety, the levels of endothelin(ET) and calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP)were determined with radioim-munological assay(RIA) pre- and post-therapy.Results:Following cinepazide malate treatment for 14 days, the total effective rate for dizziness, top- heaviness and in-somnia was 98.8%, 93.2% and 86.4% respectively.Plasma MDA, ET and RIs were lower post-therapy than that pre -therapy(P<0.01).SODand CGRP were higher pos-therapy than that pre-therapy(P<0.01).Conclusion:Cinepazide malate was very effective for CCCI. Cinepazide malate could reduce the content of plasma MDA and ET, increase the activity of SOD as well as promote the release of CGRP.
