摘    要:
目的 报告采用腹部带蒂皮瓣修复多手指中末节掌侧皮肤缺损的临床疗效.方法 对5例同手多指中、末节掌侧皮肤缺损患者,选用腹部带蒂皮瓣进行修复.结果 术后皮瓣全部存活,皮瓣经分期断蒂、并指分指及整形,术后随访3~12个月,皮瓣色泽、质地、弹性良好,皮瓣无明显臃肿或挛缩现象,手功能恢复优良.结论 利用合理的创面设计,选用血液供应良好、手术方法简单、安全、供区损伤小的传统皮瓣修复多指皮肤缺损,可获得较为满意的疗效.

Abstract:
Objective To report the clinical outcomes of applying abdominal pedieled flap to repair multiple finger volar skin defects at the middle and distal phalanx level. Methods Five patients who sustained same hand multiple finger velar skin defect at the middle or distal phalanx level were treated with transfer of an abdominal pedicled flap. Results Postoperatively all the flaps survived completely. The pediele was divided in stages. Syndactyly was released and the fingers debulked. Postoperative follow up ranged from 3 to 12 months. The color, texture and elasticity of the flaps were good. There was no obvious bulkiness or contracture of the flaps. Recovery of the hand function was good. Conclusion Conventional flaps, like the abdominal pedieled flap, can achieve satisfactory results in repairing skin defects involving multiple fingers if the flap design is appropriate and sufficient blood supply is secured in the harvested area. The surgery is simple and safe, while the donor site morbidity is minimal.
