| 摘 要： | 目的优选胆舒的最佳提取工艺。方法通过正交实验,以栀子苷含量为指标,考察乙醇浓度、溶剂用量、回流时间、回流次数对提取效果的影响。结果胆舒的最佳提取工艺为乙醇浓度70%、溶剂用量8倍量药材量、回流时间2 h、回流次数3次。结论最佳提取工艺稳定,提取率高。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo optimize the preparation process of Danshu.MethodsThe optimum preparation process was investigated by L_9(3~4) orthogonal design as the gardenoside content index.ResultsThe optimum technical condition:adding 8 times ethanol,cooking 2 hours and 3 times with 70% ethanol.ConclusionThe method is reliable,accurate and easy to operate. |
