多西紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗乳腺癌肺转移32例的临床观察

目的观察多西紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗乳腺癌肺转移的临床疗效和毒副作用。方法32例乳腺癌肺转移患者，多西紫杉醇2550mg／m^2，静脉滴注1小时，第1、8、15日给药；顺铂20mg／m^2，第2～4日。28天为1个周期，完成2个周期后评价疗效。化疗前1天口服地塞米松8mg，2次／天，连服三天以防水潴留。结果32例患者完全缓解（CR）10例（31．2％），部分缓解（PR）11例（34．5％），稳定（SR）7例（21．8％），进展（PD）4例（12．5％），总有效率（CR＋PR）65．7％。不良反应主要是骨髓抑制及胃肠道反应，对症处理获得缓解。结论多西紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗肺转移性乳腺癌疗效较好，不良反应患者能耐受。

Clinical observation of combination of docetaxel and cisplatin on the treatment of 32 cases of breast cancer lung metastasis

Objective To study the clinical efficacy and toxicity of docetaxed and cisplation combinatin regimen in the treatment of breast cancer lung metastasis. Methods 32 cases of breast cancer lung metastasis received docetaxel and cisplatin combinatin regimen. The dose of docetaxel was 25 - 50 mg/m^2 ivgtt for an hour and it was medicated on day 1,8 and 15. The cisplatin （20 mg/m^2 ） was injected through intravenous, day 2 to day 4, with 28 days as one cycle and the clinical response was recorded after two cycles. To keep from retention of water and sodium, all patients received prophylactic therapy with oral dexamethasone （8mg） twice daily on 3 successive days before twenty-four hours of the chemotherapy. Results The number of complete response （ CR）, partial response （ PR）, stable disease （SD） and progressive disease （ PD ） were 10 （31.2 % ）, 11 （34. 5 % ）, 7 （21.8%） and 4 （ 12.5% ） respectively. The effective rate （ CP ＋ PR） was 65. 7 % （21/32）. The main side effects were bone marrow inhibition and enterograstric reaction. All the side effects disappeared within several days after proper managements. Conclusion Combination of docetaxel and cisplatin provides an effective and well-tolerated method for the treatment of breast cancer lung metastasis.
