静脉吸毒致感染性心内膜炎活动期的外科治疗

目的:总结静脉注射毒品所致感染性心内膜炎活动期的临床特点及外科治疗经验。方法:回顾性分析我院自2008年7月至2012年2月以来接诊并接受外科治疗的19例静脉吸毒所致三尖瓣活动期感染性心内膜炎患者的临床表现、手术方法及预后,并对其临床特点、手术时机选择、人工瓣膜选择及手术技巧进行讨论。结果:所有患者均选择双叶机械瓣行三尖瓣置换术,所有患者均痊愈出院,无手术并发症发生。结论:及时的外科手术置换瓣膜是治疗静脉注射毒品致活动期感染性心内膜炎的有效手段。

Surgical treatment of active infective endocarditis due to intravenous drug injection

Objective:To summarize the experience of surgical treatment of the active infective endocarditis due to intravenous drug abuse.Methods:Surgeries were performed for 19patients with active infective endocarditis due to intravenous drug abuse from July 2008to February 2010.To analyze clinical situation,operation method,prognosis and to investigate clinical features,surgical timing,prosthetic valve selection,surgical techniques of those patients.Results:All patients had opted for a bileaflet mechanical valve tricuspid valve replacement surgery,all pa-tients were cured,and no complications occurred.Conclusion:Timely surgical replacement valve is an effective means of the active infective endocarditis due to intravenous drug abuse.
