育龄女性抑郁症患者72例患病行为调查

目的了解育龄女性抑郁症患者患病行为特点，为制订针对性护理干预措施提供依据。方法72例连续入院的育龄女性抑郁症患者及年龄、学历等基本匹配的健康女性各72人，采用患病行为问卷（IBQ）进行评定。结果在患者组和健康对照组之间，“一般疑病GH、情感压抑AI、情绪紊乱AD、易激惹性I、情绪状态AS”五个因子评分差异均具有显著性（P〈0．05），而“疾病信念DC、心理取向P／S、否认心因D、Whiteley疑病指数WI、疾病确信DA”五个因子评分差异不显著（P〉0．05）。结论育龄女性抑郁症患者具有明显的异常患病行为，可能通过影响求医行为而最终影响康复水平。

A research on illness behavior in women depressive patients of reproductive age

Objective To investigate illness behavior in women depressive patients of reproductive age,which would be helpful for establishing an optimal nursing mode for these patients.Methods Seventy-two consecutive women depressive inpatients of reproductive age and seventy-two matched healthy controls received evaluation of illness behavior questionnaire(IBQ). Results Compared with healthy controls, women depressive patients of reproductive age had significantly higher scores in GH,AI,AD,I and AS factors in illness behavior questionnaire(P<0.05), wheras scores of DC,P/S,D,Wi and DA factors in illness behavior questionnaire showed no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Women depressive patients of reproductive age showed specific illness behavior, which may influence their health seeking behavior and finally interfere their rehabilitation from depression .
