拉贝洛尔联合硝苯地平治疗妊娠期高血压疾病的效果

目的探讨拉贝洛尔联合硝苯地平治疗妊娠期高血压疾病的临床效果。方法选取2015年9月至2017年6月120例妊娠期高血压疾病患者,将其分为两组。拉贝洛尔组72例口服盐酸拉贝洛尔片治疗,联合组48例联合硝苯地平片治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组收缩压、舒张压等血压指标均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),剖宫产、早产及产后出血、胎儿窘迫、新生儿窒息发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠期高血压疾病患者应用拉贝洛尔联合硝苯地平治疗疗效可靠,能够改善患者分娩结局及胎儿结局,对重度子痫前期患者同样具有良好的治疗效果。

Effect of labetalol combined with nifedipine on hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy

Objective To investigate the effect of labetalol combined with nifedipine on patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy from September 2015 to June 2017 were selected. The patients were divided into two groups, 72 patients in the labetalol group were treated with oral labetolol hydrochloride tablets, and 48 patients in the combined group were treated with nifedipine tablets. The clinical treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment, the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of cesarean section, premature delivery and postpartum hemorrhage, fetal distress, and neonatal asphyxia in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Therapeutic effect of the combination of labetalol and nifedipine on patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy is reliable, which can improve the outcome of childbirth and the outcome of the fetus. It also has good therapeutic effect on patients with severe pre-eclampsia.
