| 摘 要： | 目的观察散瘀消肿膏对动物皮肤的毒性作用。方法用健康家兔进行皮肤刺激性试验；采用健康大白鼠进行皮肤急性毒性试验；用健康豚鼠进行皮肤过敏试验。结果散瘀消肿膏对家兔完整皮肤和破损皮肤均无刺激性，对大鼠完整皮肤及破损皮肤无皮肤急性吸收毒性，对豚鼠完整皮肤无致敏作用。结论散瘀消肿膏用于活血、化瘀、消肿、止痛是安全无毒的。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore whether there is toxicity on skin while using the sanyuxiaozhong ointment. Methods Dermal irritation test was conducted in healthy rabbits. Acute dermal toxicity test was performed in healthy rat. Acute dermal sensitivity test on good health guinea - pig. Results Sanyuxiaozhong ointment had no irritation to the integral or damaged skin of rabbit. No acute toxicity on the integral or damaged skin of rat was observed, and nohypersensitive effects to the skin of guinea - pig. Conclusion It is safe and nontoxic using sanyuxiaozhong ointment in clinic practice. |
