西昌市城区个体诊所消毒效果监测

目的了解西昌市城区个体诊所的消毒状况,找出消毒管理工作存在的问题。方法 2007-2010年对个体诊所物体表面、医护人员手、使用中消毒液进行采样检测。结果 4年共检测个体诊所327户,采样1 115份,合格960份,平均总合格率为86.1%。2007-2010年合格率依次为80.1%、81.2%、90.0%和95.2%;四年间合格率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=36.14,P<0.05)。物体表面、医护人员手、使用中消毒液合格率依次为80.7%、74.4%和93.2%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.79,P<0.05)。结论西昌市城区个体诊所消毒质量在逐年提高,但仍存在许多问题,应加强对医护人员消毒意识和消毒方法的培训,提高消毒质量。

Monitoring on Disinfection of Private Clinics in Xichang City

Objective By understanding the disinfection status of private clinics in Xichang,to find out the problems in the management of disinfection.Methods The object surfaces in private clinics,the hands of medical workers and the disinfection solutions were sampled and investigated during the year 2007 to 2010.Results During the four years,a total of 327 private clinics had been investigated and a total of 1 115 samples obtained with 960 of them qualified.The average passing rate was 86.1%.The passing rate in the 4 years was 80.1%,81.2%,90.0% and 95.2% respectively,with the differences statistically significant(χ2=36.14,P<0.05).The qualified rate of object surfaces,the hands of medical workers and disinfection solutions was 80.7%,74.4% and 93.2% respectively,with the differences statistically significant(χ2=6.79,P<0.05).Conclusion The quality of disinfection of private clinics in Xichang improved year by year,but there were still a lot of problems.It is necessary to enhance training on disinfection awareness and disinfection methods for medical workers to improve the quality of disinfection.
