人类埃柯病毒6的基因特征分析

摘    要:目的 对来自10个国家和中国4个省不同时间分离的69株ECHO6病毒VP1区基因特征进行分析.方法 在GenBank,EMBL和DDBJ 3个基因库中进行BLASTN搜索,共得到69株ECHO6病毒基因可用,用Mega软件计算病毒基因同源性并构建基因进化树.结果 69株ECHO6病毒可分为4个基因型(基因型A~D),C基因型又可分为7个亚型,D基因型可分为8个亚型.不同毒株的核苷酸差异率为10.6%~ 24.5%(氨基酸差异率为0.8%~7.3%),不同基因型之间的核苷酸差异率为17.6%~ 22.4%(氨基酸差异率3.5%~6.6%).结论 ECHO6不同基因型/亚型可以在同一个地区流行很长时间,同一时间内不同的基因型/亚型又可在不同的地区流行,具有明显的时间和地域流行特点.

Abstract:Objective To analyze the genetic characteristics of VP1 zone in 69 strains of echovirus 6(ECHO6) isolated from 10 countries and 4 provinces in China at different time.Methods BLASTN searched in GenBank,EMBL and DDBJ,totally 69 ECHO6 strains were available in the study;the genetic similarity and phylogenetic tree were done by Mega softaware.Results Sixty-nine ECHO6 strains were divided into 4 genotypes(A-D),genotype C was further divided into 7 subgenotypes and genotype D into 8 subgenotypes.The sequence diversity between different strains was 10.6%-24.5%(aa diversity was 0.8%-7.3%),and between different genotypes was 17.6%-22.4%(aa diversity was 3.5%-6.6%).Conclusion ECHO6 prevalence in different genotypes/subtypes could last for a long time,and at the same time in different genotypes/subtypes could also prevalent in different regions,with significant time and geographical characteristics.
