成都市脊髓灰质炎野病毒输入与传播风险分析

目的 分析脊灰野病毒输入成都市并传播的风险,为预防与控制脊髓灰质炎提供科学依据.方法 收集并分析成都市人群免疫资料、急性弛缓性麻痹(AFP)病例监测资料、人群流动情况.结果 2008-2011年上半年成都市脊灰疫苗报告接种率、调查接种率、快速评估接种率都在94％以上,脊灰疫苗强化免疫和查漏补种活动前搜索到1岁以上“0剂次”儿童1211名;2008-2010年年平均报告发病率3.2/10万,系统监测的敏感性、及时性和完整性指标均明显超过卫生部要求.结论 成都市的脊灰疫苗接种率达到了较高指标,监测系统运转良好,但存在免疫空白人群,及监测系统漏报现象,脊灰野病毒传入成都市的危险性随时存在,且具有传播的风险.

Inputting and Disseminating Risk of Poliomyelitis Wild Virus in Chengdu

Objective To analyze inputting and disseminating risk of wild polio virus in Chengdu,in order to provide scientific basis for prevention and control of poliomyelitis.Methods Data of the population immunity,AFP cases monitoring,and population mobilization in Chengdu was collected and analyzed.Results The reported polio vaccine inoculation rate was over 94%,but there was immunization blank for 1 211children.and the sensitivity,timeliness,and complicity of AFP surveillance system is higher than usual standard.Conclusion Chengdu’s immunization rate is high and monitoring system was operated well.However,there is always the risk that wild polio virus spreads into Chengdu and causes infection due to current condition with immunization blank and systematic report failure.
