| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨喹硫平治疗精神分裂症的疗效及安全性。方法:将40例患者随机分为两组,分别给予喹硫平与利培酮治疗,疗程8周。采用阳性和阴性症状量表(the postitve and negative syndrome scale,PANSS)和副反应量表(treatment emergent symptoms scale,TESS)评定疗效及不良反应。结果:喹硫平与利培酮治疗精神分裂症疗效相当,两组PANSS评分差异无显著性(P>0.05);两组TESS发生率比较,喹硫平组不良反应少(P<0.05)。结论:喹硫平是治疗精神分裂症安全、有效的药物。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of Quetiapine in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods:40 schizophrenics were randomly divided into two groups,with Quetiapine or Risperidone for eight weeks.The efficacy and side effects were assessed with PANSS and TESS.Results:No remarkable differences were found in PANSS scores between the two groups,but the side effects of Quetiapine were fewer than that of Risperidone.Conclusion: Quetiapine is an effective and safe drug in the treatment of schizophrenia. |
