应用口腔修复膜修复口腔黏膜组织术后缺损

目的评价口腔修复膜（异种脱细胞真皮基质修复膜）在口腔黏膜组织术后缺损修复中的应用及其临床效果。方法收集2009年1月-2010年5月应用异种脱细胞真皮基质修复膜进行口腔黏膜组织术后缺损修复的33例患者的临床资料,对其术后的临床疗效进行追踪随访并进行其功能评价。结果 33例患者术后随访10～24个月,平均随访16个月;33例患者黏膜组织缺损修复均获得成功,术后12～14 d未见修复膜脱落,愈合良好。结论应用异种脱细胞真皮基质修复膜能够起到早期覆盖创面,促进创面愈合,减轻瘢痕形成的作用。其操作简单易行,是一种值得推广的修复方法。

Clinical Effects of Xenogenic Acellular Dermal Matrix on Repairing Postoperative Residual Defects of Oral Mucosal Tissue
