| 摘 要： | 目的:研究躁狂症与抑郁症患者家属的生活质量。方法:选取113例符合CCMD-3关于躁狂发作和抑郁发作诊断的患者的直系亲属以及73例在人口学资料与其相似的正常人作为对象,应用生活质量综合评定问卷(GHQLI-74)对他们的生活质量进行评定,比较GHQLI-74各因子评分及四个维度评分。结果:两个研究组在经济状况、睡眠与精力、躯体不适感、精神紧张度、负性情感、工作与学习及生活质量总体评价均显著差于对照组,除此之外,躁狂组在婚姻与家庭上的得分及抑郁组在社会支持和业余娱乐生活方面的得分亦显著差于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:躁狂症和抑郁症患者家属的生活质量低于正常人群,应及时对其进行心理或家庭干预,提高他们的生活质量。
