| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经皮椎体后凸成形术的临床效果。方法对268例骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者共382个椎体行经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗。所有患者术前均行X线及MR检查。用VAS评分评价疼痛改善情况。结果 260患者疼痛较术前迅速缓解。手术前后VAS评分差异有统计学意义。骨水泥溢出11例,其中1例骨水泥突入椎管造成神经根损害,无肺栓塞发生,无手术相关死亡病例。结论经皮椎体后凸成形术安全可行,创伤小、操作简单、并发症少,能有效缓解临床症状;适用于骨质疏松引起的椎体压缩性骨折强化椎体,即刻止痛作用,恢复椎体高度,有较高的临床应用价值,在严格掌握适应症和规范细致的治疗下是安全有效的。 |
