| 腕踝针配合康复训练治疗偏瘫肩痛 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的研究腕踝针配合康复训练和单纯康复训练治疗偏瘫肩痛的临床疗效。方法将中风偏瘫后肩痛患者60例随机分为治疗组30例,对照组30例。治疗组采用腕踝针配合康复训练,对照组采用康复训练。10 d为一疗程,休息3 d后开始下一疗程,2个疗程后观察临床疗效并进行评价。结果治疗后治疗组显效率为66.7%,好转率26.7%,总有效率为93.3%,对照组显效率为33.3%,好转率为40%,总有效率为73.3%。治疗组在减轻疼痛,增加上肢运动功能方面明显优于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论腕踝针配合康复训练和单纯康复训练都对偏瘫肩痛有良好的治疗效果,但腕踝针配合康复训练的疗效明显优于单纯康复训练的疗效。 |
