| 摘 要： | 目的:调查改良电休克治疗(MECT)老年期精神分裂症患者的疗效以及安全性。方法:对25例老年期精神分裂症患者进行MECT,分别于MECT前及MECT后采用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分进行疗效评定;同时观察MECT的不良反应。结果:MECT有效率和显效率分别为92%和60%。MECT前和MECT后的PANSS评分除阴性症状分外,总分、阳性症状分、精神病理分均明显下降,MECT的不良反应少。结论:改良电休克治疗对老年期精神分裂症患者有效且安全,值得临床推广。
