蒙药金口胶囊药理作用研究

目的：观察金口胶囊毒性、镇痛、抗炎作用。方法：测定最大耐受剂量；用热板法、醋酸扭体法测定镇痛作用；用耳壳渗出与腹腔炎性渗出法测抗炎效果。结果：金口胶囊1．2g．kg^-1、0．8g．kg^-1、0．4g．kg^-1剂量组，小鼠在给药30和90min，疼痛阈值分别提高23．8％、28．5％、16．3％和43．3％、37．3％、23．0％，扭体抑制率为18．8％、15．7％、6．7％；对小鼠耳壳炎性渗出抑制率21．5％、14．1％、0，对小鼠腹腔炎性渗出抑制率为14．7％、9．6％、5．3％。结论：金口胶囊未见急性毒性作用，最大耐受剂量为临床100倍；全口胶囊具有镇痛、抗炎作用，作用强度呈量效关系。

Pharmacology action study on jinkou capsules of Mongolia drug

Objective： to observe acute toxicity, pain killer, and anti -inflammatory of jinkou capsules. Method： The acute toxicity tested in mice. The pain killer by hot plate and twist body by acetic acid and anti - inflammatory induced by dimethyl benzene and peritonitis by acetic acid. Result： The tolerance dose of jinkou capsules is 100 times clinical ,1.2g. kg^-1,0.8 g. kg^-1 could obviously increase ache threshold （p 〈 0. 05）and decrease twist body（p 〈 0.05） ,have inhibit ear swelling（p 〈 0.05） and inflammatory exudate（p 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ： jinkou capsules of Mongolia drug has significant pain killer and anti - inflammatory and not acute toxicity.
