11例剥脱综合征患者的临床表现及治疗体会

目的探讨剥脱综合征(Exfoliation Syndrome ES)的临床表现及其特点,寻求有效的治疗途径。方法对11例(13眼)剥脱综合征患者的临床资料进行分析,其中11眼继发性青光眼行小梁切除术,2眼继发性青光眼合并老年性白内障行小梁切除联合晶体囊外摘除术。结果术后随访,随访时间最长4年,最短3个月。说明剥脱综合征继发性青光眼属难治性青光眼,小梁切除手术可有效地降低眼压。结论剥脱综合征有较高的继发性青光眼发病率,提高对本病的认识是避免导致不可挽救的视功能损伤的重要因素。

Clinical manifestations and treatment of eleven cases with exfoliation syndrome

Objective To investigate the clinical manifestations and characteristics of exfoliation syndrome for an effective therapeutic approach. Methords Clinical data of 11 patients （13 eyes）with exfoliation syndrome were analyzed. There are 11 eyes with secondary glaucoma underwent trabeculectomy, 2 eyes with secondary glaucoma merged senile cataract underwent trabecular excision combined with crystals extracapsular cataract extraction. Results The postoperative follow up period was from 3 months to 4 years. It is refractory that exfoliation syndrome secondary glaucoma, trabeculectomy operation can reduce intraocular pressure effectively. Conclusion There were higher secondary glaucoma incidence of exfoliation syndrome. Improve understanding of the disease is an important factor to avoid the irreparable damage of visual function.
