Meta-analysis of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection in Treating Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer with Bone Marrow Suppression after Chemotherapy
Abstract:Objective To systematically evaluate the effect of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection on myelosuppression after chemotherapy in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods By searching CNKI, Pubmed, Wan Fang Data, The Cochrane Library and other databases, the literature was screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, the Cochrane risk bias assessment tool was used to evaluate the literature quality, and the RevMan 5.3 software was used for statistical analysis. Results Twelve studies were eventually included, including a total of 1057 patients. The statistical analysis showed that the patients with WBC, Hb, and PLT decrease in the experimental group after chemotherapy were significantly lower than those in the control group (P&lt;0.05). The bone marrow suppression in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group. Conclusion The results of the analysis show that Shenqi Fuzheng Injection can significantly improve bone marrow suppression in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer after chemotherapy. However, due to the low quality of the included literature, a large number of high-quality, large-sample randomized controlled trials are needed to confirm this.
