中西医结合治疗慢性心力衰竭近期疗效观察

摘    要:
目的观察中西医结合治疗慢性心力衰竭的近期疗效。方法收集笔者所在医院2010年1月-2013年1月收治的慢性心力衰竭患者86例,随机分西医组和中西医组,每组43例,分别给予常规西药治疗以及中西医结合治疗,并观察治疗效果。结果在中医证候积分、基础心率、6min步行试验、LVEF方面,中西医组治疗后较西医组治疗后明显改善(P〈0.05)。中西医组治疗总有效率明显高于西医组(P〈0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗慢性心力衰竭具有明显的优势,值得在临床上推广应用。

Abstract:
Objective To observe the short-term curative effect for chronic heart failure treated by combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Methods 86 patients with chronic heart failure collected in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2013 were randomly divided into 43 cases of western medicine group given conventional Western medicine treatment and 43 cases of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine group. The curative effect of two groups was observed. Results Compared with western medicine group, the TCM syndrome score, basic heart rate, 6 minutes walking test, LVEF in combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine group after the treatment improved significantly(P 〈 0.05). The total effective rate of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine group was significantly higher than that of Western medicine group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Chronic heart failure treated by combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has obvious advantages and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
