功能性鼻内镜手术中下鼻甲的处理及疗效

目的探讨功能性鼻内镜术(FESS)同期处理下鼻甲的手术方法和疗效。方法对85例鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者行鼻内镜手术,其中40例单纯行FESS(对照组),另45例行FESS同期处理下鼻甲(观察组)。术后对两组的疗效进行对比观察。结果随访6~14个月,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 FESS同期处理下鼻甲是治疗鼻窦炎、鼻息肉的有效方法,可明显改善鼻腔通气引流,减少鼻腔粘连,提高鼻内镜手术疗效。

Curative Effect Analysis on Simultaneously Dealing with Inferior Turbinate During FESS

Objective Discuss the endoscopic surgical treatment and its effect on dealing with inferior turbinate during functional endoscopic sinus surgery（FESS）.Methods 85 cases of chronic sinusitis and polyps were treated with FESS.Among them,45 cases were randomly elected to deal with inferior turbinate during FESS（rectification group）,and the other 40 case（control group） received pure FESS.The curative effects were compared between 2groups.Results Following up for 6-14 months postoperatively,the curative effect in the rectification group was better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Simultaneously dealing with anatomical variation influencing the nasal cavity function in FESS is an effective operation to treat sinusitis and polyps,which can significantly improve the ventilation function and drainage,decrease the adhesion of nasal cavity and increase the effect of FESS.
