小切口小梁切除术疗效观察

目的 :观察一种新的滤过性手术小切口无巩膜瓣小梁切除术治疗青光眼的临床疗效。方法 :78例 86眼作以穹窿部为基底的 3mm的结膜小切口 ,距角膜缘前界 2mm做弧形板层巩膜切口行隧道式分离 ,用直径 1mm的环钻经隧道口切除小梁。 69例 73眼行传统小梁切除术作为对照组。结果 :术后随访 6～ 12月 ,平均 8个月 ,实验组眼压正常者 82眼 ,占 96% ,对照组眼压正常者 5 7眼占 78% ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :小切口小梁切除术与传统小梁切除术式相比具有手术范围小 ,降压效果好等优点

Clinical study of mini-trabeculectomy without radial incisions

Objective: To describe a new modification of cairns trabeculectomy Methods: Surgical adjustment includes a small 3mm fornix based conjunctival flap, a circumferential scleral incision at a distance of only 2mm from the corneoscleral limbus, and a sclerocorneal tunnel without scleral radial incisions and a corneotrabeculectomy was performed by a 1mm diameter descemet punch.Results: Among the various clinical and technical advantage of the procedure is the possibility of reducing the rate of postoperative aqueous leskage(2.56%) and performing more operations througy the superior limbus rather than reverting to and inferior trabeculectomy or implantation of an aqueous shunt.Conclusion: The reduced surgical area and manipulations of the current procedure appear to offer advantages over the standard approach.
