| Abstract: | The echocardiographic appearances in a case of persistent truncusarteriosus with aortic arch interruption and truncal valve dysplasiawas noted in a 24 week fetus. Elective termination of pregnancywas carried out and all the echocardiographic findings wereconfirmed by pathological examination suggesting the possibilityof accurate prenatal diagnosis of such lesions. |
