成人癫痫患者的生活质量及其影响因素

目的探讨成人癫痫患者的生活质量及其影响因素。方法应用癫痫患者生活质量量表31（QOLIE-31）、健康调查简表36（SF-36）、Zung焦虑自评量表（SAS）、Zung抑郁自评量表（SDS）进行问卷调查并与对照组对比。结果癫痫患者生活质量得分比普通人低，抑郁、焦虑、发作频率、病程、学历、发作种类、发病年龄、家庭学历是成人癫痫患者生活质量的主要影响和预测因素(P＜0.05)；婚姻、性别对患者的生活质量没有影响（P＞0.05）。结论①成人癫痫患者的生活质量比普通人低；②抑郁、焦虑是成年癫痫患者生活质量主要的影响因素及预测因素。

Influential factors of the quality of life of adult patients with epilepsy

Objective To explore the quality of life of patients with epilepsy and to identify factors affecting the quality of life.Methods The Quality of Life in the Epilepsy 31 Inventory,the MOS item short from health survey 36,Self-rating Depression Scale,Self-rating Anxiety Scale were used to determine the quality of life of patients with epilepsy.Results Scores of the quality of life were significantly lower in epilepsy patients than in normal people.Depression,anxiety,duration of epilepsy,seizure frequency,education level,seizure sum,age of epilepsy onset,and family education were the most significant factors affecting the quality of life(P<0.05).Gender and marital status were not factors influencing the quality of life(P>0.05).Conclusion The quality of life of patients with epilepsy is significantly poorer than that of normal people.Depression and anxiety are the most significant factors affecting the quality of life and the most significant predictors for the quality of life.
