| 摘 要： | 本文用电镜观察了两例已有视神经转移的视网膜母细胞瘤,对较晚期的视网膜母细胞瘤,光镜下菊形团已很少见,结构简单。但用电镜观察到丰富多采的复杂形态。我们研究肿瘤细胞内各种细胞器的微细变化,还探讨了细胞间的关系。并对某些组织特点进行了分析,通过对视网膜超微结构的探讨发现就是恶性度很大的肿瘤,也可能有分化迹象。 |

| Abstract: | An electron microscopic observation has been made in 2 cases of retinoblastoma with metastasis to the optic nerve. Under light microscopic observstion, the roset is rare in advanced case, and its structure is simple, while under electron microscopic observation, it has rich and varied forms. We studied the change of variant organelles of tumor cell, and discused the relation between tumor cells. The characteristics of the tumor are analysed and it is found that even the tumor is of high malignancy, it may show some signs of differentiation. |
