甘草多糖提取工艺条件的研究

摘    要:目的在超声条件下提取甘草中有效成分甘草多糖(GPS)并测定其含量,以筛选获得适宜的甘草多糖提取工艺条件。方法采用正交试验设计,选取提取时间、提取温度及料液比作为工艺因素,每个因素采用3个水平,选择L9(34)正交表进行实验,同时用硫酸-苯酚法测定甘草多糖的含量来作为综合评价指标。结果在超声条件下提取甘草多糖的适宜条件为:提取次数为3次,提取时间为20 min,提取温度为45℃,料液比为1∶20(g.mL-1),该提取条件下甘草多糖的含量为2.39%。结论利用超声提取多糖相对其他提取方法有较大优势,可缩短提取时间、提高提取效率,且操作方便、自动化程度高,便于大规模工业生产,为从药材或制剂中提取甘草多糖提供了依据及参考。
