《内经》对脑与经络联系的认识

目的:探讨在中医理论形成的早期人们对脑与经络联系的认识.方法:将<内经>中有关篇章,进行分析、比较、归纳、综合,得出其对脑与经络联系的认识.结果:在<内经>中,与脑有直接联系的经络主要有足阳明经、足太阳经、督脉和跷脉;经络出入大脑的部位主要有眼系、巅顶部、风府穴和顑部;大脑内部也存在一定的经络通路.结论:<内经>对大脑与经络联系的认识是比较丰富的,在临床诊治脑病时值得重视和借鉴.

Recognition of links of the brain with the channels and collaterals in the Huangdi''''s Internal Classic

Objective To approach to recognition of links between the brain and meridians at the early stage of formation of TCM theory. Methods The relative papers in the Huangdi's Internal Classic were analyzed, compared, induced and synthesized, attaining the recognition of links between the brain and meridians. Results In the Huangdi' s Internal Classic, it is indicated that the main meridians directly connected with the brain have The FootYangming, The Foot-Taiyang Channels, and The Governor and The Qiao Vessels; the eye system, the vertex, Fengfu (GV 16) and the jaw are the parts of the meridians passing in and out the brain; in the brain there are some pathways of meridians. Conclusion The Huangdi' s Internal Classic has richer recognition of the links between the brain and meridians, to which should be pay attention in clinical diagnosis of brain diseases.
