针尖斜面方向对静脉输液速度的影响

摘    要:目的研究针尖斜面方向对静脉输液速度的影响。方法随机将96例静脉输液患者分为两组,即针尖斜面朝下固定组(实验组)和针尖斜面朝上固定组(对照组);连续10d,观察每天静脉输液1h后输液速度变化,输液速度每分钟增加或减少5滴以下为稳定,5-10滴为基本稳定,10滴以上为不稳定。结果实验组和对照组输液速度稳定率分别为11.98%、5.46%(P〈0.01),基本稳定率分别为81.82%、82.35%(P〉0.05),不稳定率分别为6.20%、12.18%(P〈0.05)。结论针尖斜面朝下,可减少针尖斜面与血管腔内上壁接触或贴附机会,提高输液速度稳定率,使临床输液更安全可靠。

Affect of Orientation of Needlepoint Slope on Velocity of Vein Transfusion

Abstract:Objective To investigate the affect of needlepoint slope orientation on the velocity of vein transfusion. Methods 96 cased with vein transfusion were divided into experiment group( needlepoint slope fixed) and control group( needlepoint slope fixed upward). The velocity of vein transfusion was recorded 1 hour after initiation everyday and went on 10 days. The change less than 5 drop per minute was regarded as stabilization,5 to 10 drop as approximate stabilization,and more than 10 drop as not stabi- lization. Results The stabilization rate of vein tranafuMon in experiment group and control group was 11.98% and 5.46% ( P 〈 0.01 ), basic stabilization rate was 81.82% and 82.35% ( P 〉 0.05 ), and not ,tabilization rate was 6.20% and 12.18% ( P 〈 0.05) respectively. Conclusion The downward fixation of needlepoint slope can decrease the contact or conglutinate chance between needlepoint slope and vein cavity superior wall, increase the stabilization of transfusion velocity and the safety of clinical transfusion.
