质量管理与医院核心竞争力的关系探讨

通过理论文献研究法与实践经验总结分析法相结合方式，在着重分析医院核心竞争力的概念、来源、结构等相关理论研究的基础上，进而提出医疗质量管理在医院核心竞争力中所起到的支撑作用。另一方面，分析医院质量管理要素在打造医院核心竞争力时所处的地位，同时指出通过医院质量管理要素提升医院核心竞争力时所采取的各种模式。

Discussion on the Relationship between Quality Management and Core Competence of Hospitals

With theoretical literature study and the analysis on practical experience, the authors analyze the relevant theories of core competence idea, sources and structures and point out not only the supporting functions of medical quality management in hospital core competence but also the positions of medical quality management in making hospital core competence and various modes to improve hospital core competence with medical quality management.
