摘    要:免疫疗法的深入研究及广泛应用显著推动了肿瘤学的发展。其中针对程序性死亡分子-1(programmed cell death protein-1,PD-1)和细胞毒性T淋巴细胞抗原-4(cytotoxic T-lymphocyte antigen-4,CTLA-4)的免疫治疗药物已成为生物制药和肿瘤治疗领域的研究热点。有关PD-1信号通路和CTLA-4在眼科领域的研究也取得了较大进展。本文就近年来关于PD-1信号通路和CTLA-4在眼生理病理方面的研究进展以及临床应用此类免疫抑制剂后出现的眼部相关不良反应进行总结、分析和述评。

Abstract:In recent decades,immunotherapy has significantly promoted the development of the field of oncology.The immunotherapeutic drugs targeting programmed cell death protein-1(PD-1)and cytotoxic T-lymphocyte antigen-4(CTLA-4)have become the focus of biopharmaceuticals and tumor therapy.Much progress has also been made in the study on PD-1 and CTLA-4 signaling pathways in ophthalmology.This paper reviewed recent advances in the study of PD-1 and CTLA-4 signaling pathways in the physiological and pathological processes of the eye and the side effects of eye-related diseases after treatment with these inhibitors.
