中西医结合治疗活动期溃疡性结肠炎42例疗效观察

目的:观察中西医结合治疗活动期溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的临床疗效。方法:将72例活动期UC患者随机分为2组。治疗组42例,用溃结合剂(处方:白头翁、败酱草、地榆、苦参、白及、白芍、木香)加柳氮磺胺吡啶保留灌肠治疗;对照组30例,单纯用柳氮磺胺吡啶保留灌肠治疗。2组均以2周为1疗程,连续治疗2疗程后观察疗效。结果:近期治愈率治疗组73.81％,对照组36.67％;总有效率治疗组95.24％,对照组80.00％。2组近期治愈率及总有效率比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合保留灌肠治疗活动期UC较单纯西医治疗疗效好。

Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis in Active Stage by TCM Combined with Western Medicine: A Clinical Observation of 42 Cases

Objective: To observe the curative effect of TCM combined with western medicine(WM) for ulcerative colitis (UC) in active stage. Methods: 72 cases of UC in active stage were allocated to 2 groups randomly. The treatment group (42 cases) was treated by retention enema of Kuijie mixture (composed of Radix Pulsatillae, Herba Patriniae, Redix Sanguisorbae, Radix Sophorae Flavescentis, Rhizoma Bletillae, Radix Paeoniae Alba and Radix Aucklandiae) and sulfasalazine, and control group by sulfasalazine for retention enema along. 2 weeks constituted a course of treatment, and the curative effect was observed after 2 successive course of treatment. Results: The short-term cured rates were 73. 81% and 36. 67% in treatment and control groups respectively, the total effective rates were 95. 24% and 80. 00% respectively. The difference between 2 groups was significant ( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The effect of retention enema of TCM combined with WM for UC in active stage is better than WM along.
