摘    要:目的 探讨一种能准确客观地反映空气中细菌数量的空气监测方法。方法 本院实验室20间同等大小的工作间。分别采用营养琼脂沉降法、血琼脂沉降法、营养琼脂空气采样器法及血琼脂空气采样器法对空气进行空气采样培养。结果 4种方法24h和48h培养后每m^3细菌数分别为:营养琼脂沉降法56、128。血琼脂沉降法264、392,营养琼脂空气采样器法155、313,血琼脂空气采样器法710、1083。结论 空气中细菌监测结果与采样方式、培养基及培养时间均显著相关,空气采样器采样、血琼脂培养48h最能客观、准确地反映空气中细菌数量。应作为医院内空气细菌学监测的常规方法推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To explore a monitoring method that could exactly reflect the real quantity of bacteria in air. Methods Air of 20 laboratories that had same volume were screened respectively by 4 various methods: sampling with sedimentation and culturing with nutrition agar(A), sampling with sedimentation and culturing with blood agar(B), sampling with air sampler and culturing with nutrition agar(C), sampling with air sampler and culturing with blood agar(D). Results After cultured 24h and 48h, the quantities of per m3 air acquired by 4 various methods were: 56 and 128(A), 264 and 392(B), 155 and 313(C), 710 and 1083(D), respectively. Conclusions Sampling with air sampler and cultured 48h with blood agar can exactly reflect the real quantity of bacteria in air, and should be generalized and applied as a routine method for air bacterial monitoring in hospital.
