摘    要:
用联胺作用于培养人内皮细胞,激发并促进脂质过氧化,使单核细胞对其粘附增加,主要粘附于内皮细胞表面和间隙。本研究探讨维生素E对内皮细胞脂质过氧化诱导的单核细胞粘附的影响。结果,维生素E能显著降低联胺引起的过氧化脂质升高,减轻内皮细胞的形态变化,减少单核细胞粘附。结果提示,脂质过氧化活化的内皮细胞在动脉粥样硬化发生中起重要作用。维生素E通过其抗氧化作用减少单核细胞在内皮细胞上的粘附,从而在动脉粥样硬化发生和防治中发挥作用。

Abstract:
Lipid peroxidation which can be initiated and facilitated by cultured human endothelial cells (EC) treated with diamide has been shown to increase the adherence of monocytes to EC. This adherence of monocytes chiefly occurs to the surface and the intercellular space of EC. Our purpose was to study the effect of vitamin E on adherence of monocytes induced by lipid peroxidation of endothelial cells. We found vitamine E could markedly lower the lipid peroxid concentration increased by diamide, reduce the morphological changes of EC and decrease the adherence of monocytes. The result suggested that EC activated by lipid peroxidation might play an important role in atherogenesis. Vitamin E can prevent and cure atherogenesis by reducing the adherence of monocytes on EC because of its effection of antioxidation.
