Ⅱ型糖尿病患者血浆内皮素水平与视网膜病变的关系

报告了中老年组７３例，青年组５８例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者的血浆内皮素（ＥＴ－１）水平测定结果。Ⅱ型糖尿病患者的血浆ＥＴ－１水平在中老年组显著高于中老年正常对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１），中老年伴糖尿病视网膜病变（ＤＲ）组显著高于中老年不伴ＤＲ组（Ｐ＜０．００１），中老年伴ＤＲ组中增殖型者非常显著高于单纯型者（Ｐ＜０．００１）；血浆ＥＴ—１水平在青年组与青年正常对照组间，青年伴ＤＲ与青年不伴ＤＲ组间无明显差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。提示中老年Ⅱ型糖尿病患者的ＤＲ与血中ＥＴ—１水平增加有关，并随ＤＲ的进展血浆ＥＴ—１水平增高。

The Relationship Between Plasma Endothelin Level and Diabetic Retinopathy in NIDDM Patlents

e determined the plasma endothelin(ET-1)level in NIDDM patients(73 senile and middle agedpatients and 58 young patients).The results:In senile and middle aged group,the plasma ET-1 level ofNIDDM patients(P <0.01),that of patients with DR was significantly higher than those without DR(P<0.01),that of proliferative type was significantly higher than that of simple type in DR group(P<0.001).In young group,the plasma ET-1 level was all not significant difference between NIDDM pa-tients and normal control persons, and between patients with DR and without DR( P >0.05).It sug-gested that DR was related to plasrna ET-1 level in senile and middle aged NIDDM patients and ET-1level increased withthe developement of DR.
