脑干听觉诱发电位应用于高血压患者检测的研究

摘    要:
应用脑干听觉诱发电位(BrainStemAuditoryEvokedPotential,BAEP)对71例高血压患者进行检测。结果发现,高血压病早期BAEP即出现异常,且随病情发展异常程度亦加重,主要表现为波峰潜伏期延长及波幅减小。同时应用经颅多普勒检测,二者的符合率达85%左右,表明BAEP可以作为高血压患者脑功能改变的检测指标,为研究脑卒中的预报提供信息。

Abstract:
Brain stem auditory evoked potential (BAEP) was recorded in 71 hypertensive patients. Changes of the BAEP could be detected in the early stage of hypertension. The abnormalities included increase of peak latency and decrease of amplitude, which became more serious with the development of the disease. Eighty five percent of the patients showed same changes in trans cranial Doppler (TCD) investigation. The results suggested that BAEP could be taken as a criterion for evaluating changes in brain function of patients with hypertension, and might provide information for the prediction of stroke.
