ras癌基因产物p21在造釉细胞瘤中的表达

利用ｒａｓ癌基因产物ｐ２１单克隆抗体，探索造釉细胞瘤的发生及生物学行为与ｐ２１的关系。结果：１９例造釉细胞瘤中１４例阳性（７３．６％），阳性细胞大部分为鳞状上皮样细胞，提示这群细胞可能为已具备肿瘤性增殖能力的癌前细胞群，但部分原始胚胎样细胞阳性强度高于鳞状上皮样细胞，证实此型细胞对该肿瘤的生物学行为起着重要作用。因此，造釉细胞瘤的发生可能与ｒａｓ基因的过量表达有关。

p21 Expression of ras Oncogene Product in Ameloblastoma

p21 expression of ras oncogene product in ameloblastoma was observed using immunohistochemistry in order to reveal the relationship between the development of amelobiastoma and the ex pression of p21 ras oncogene product. The results showed that, of 19 cases of ameloblastomas, 14 were positive (73.6%), the major positive cells were squamous epithelium cells, which suggesed that they might be precancer cell groups with tumor proliferating ability. But positive intensity was higer in a few primary embryonoid cells than in spuamous epithelium cells, it proved that some primary embrynoid cells played an important role in biologic behavor of this kind of tumor. So the development of ameloblastoma might be assoiated with the overexpression of the ras oncogene.
