大白鼠中缝核群向小脑皮质及脊髓的分枝投射——逆行荧光双标记法研究

摘    要:实验用57只大鼠。将PI或Bb分别注入小脑皮质各区单小叶,脚Ⅰ脚Ⅱ区,旁正中小叶,后蚓山坡蚓叶蚓结节,后蚓蚓锥体蚓垂,绒球及脊髓颈,胸,腰各段后,用OLympus(BH_2)落射光荧光显微镜观察切片。在中缝大核,隐核,苍白核,桥核及中央上核,中缝背核六个核内规律性地出现双标记细胞。各核内出现的双标记细胞形态大小及数目并不相同,按双标记细胞数目的多少依次为中缝大核,中缝隐核,中缝苍白核,桥核及中央上核,中缝背核。且上述中缝核向小脑皮质各区及脊髓各段的分枝投射有一定局部定位关系。

Abstract:Divergent projecting and the topographical organizations from the raphe nuclei to the spinal cord different segment and the cerebellar contex different areas was studied dy the PI-Bb fluorescence retrograde double labelling techniqe in 57 adult albino rat.After injecting PI or Bb separatly into the cerebellar contex different areas such as Simple Loubje ( Sim ), Crus I &II,Paramedium ( pm), Posterior cerebejlar vermis-declive,folium vermis, tuber vermis, tuber vermis(Pcv-VI &VII).Posterior cerebllar vermis-pyramis vermis,uvula vermis ( pcv-VIII &IX ) ;Flocculus ( Fl ) and the spinal cord different segments, including cerivcal segment (SP-C), Thoracic segment (SP-T), Lumbar segment (SP-L), Fluorescence Double Labelling Neuron (DLN ) appeared regularly in the nucleus raphe magnus (Rm),the nucleus raphe obscus(Ro),the nucleus raphe pallidus(Rpa), the nucleus raphe pontis ( Rpo ) and the nucleus centralis Supperior (Cs).the nucleus raphe dorsalis (Rd).The fluorescence DLN in the above mentioned six nuclei varied in the amount, size and shape. Accordingto the amount of the fluorescence DLN,above mentioned six raphe nuclei would appeaed in this order:Rm, Ro, Rpa, Rpo and Cs, Rd. The topographical organizations of divergent projecting from above mentioned six raphe nuclei to the cerebellar contex different areas and the spinal cord different areas was also found.
