| 摘 要： | 目的:观察健儿止抽汤治疗儿童抽动-秽语综合征的临床疗效。方法:将120例患儿随机分为2组,对照组60例给予氟哌啶醇口服;治疗组60例给予健儿止抽汤口服。结果:治疗组痊愈率61.7%,总有效率95.0%;对照组痊愈率16.7%,总有效率76.7%。2组痊愈率、总有效率相比差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:健儿止抽汤治疗儿童抽动-秽语综合征的临床疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the therapeutic effects ofJianEr ZhiChouTang in patients with children intractable tourette＇s syndrome. Methods： 120 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group （60 patients） received haloperidol 0.05 ~ 0.1 mg/kg,2 times / d,orally, and the treatment group （60 patients） received only athletes pumping decoction. Results： In the treatment group, the cure rate was 61.7% and the total effective rate was 95.0%; in the control group, the cure rate is 16.7% and the total effective rote was 76.7% .There was significantly in the cure rate and the total effective rate between 2 groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：JianEr ZhiChouTang has good effects for children intractable tourette＇s syndrome. |
