肺结核合并糖尿病161例临床分析

总结肺结核合并糖尿病 16 1例临床特点 ,糖尿病患肺结核的发病率高于正常人。两病合并存在时的治疗效果及预后 ,首先取决于糖尿病是否被控制 ,其次取决于结核病的轻重 ,如糖尿病已被控制 ,结核病早期即能好转 ,反之则预后不良。提示 :无论是糖尿病还是肺结核患者都应常规作胸部X线摄片 ,尿糖、血糖化验。并尽可能转当地结核病归口管理单位诊治 ,以达到满意的治疗效果。

Clinical Analysis of 161 Pulmonary Tuberculosis with Diabetes cases

This article summarized the clinical characteristics of 161 cases who suffered pulmonary tuberculosis with diabetes. The therapeutic effects of the two diseases depended firstly on whether or not the diabetes had been under control, secondly on how serious the pulmonary tuberculosis was. If diabetes had been under control, pulmonary tuberculosis would be on the mend in early stage. Otherwise, the effects were not good. The paper pointed out whether diabetes or pulmonary tuberculosis patients should have routine examination in X-ray, urine sugar and blood sugar and should go to local institute of prevention and treatment as soon as possible so as to obtain a good therapeutic effect.
