| 摘 要： | 目的:观察止带汤和替硝唑泡腾片中西医联合治疗细菌性阴道病的临床疗效。方法:将90例确诊的细菌性阴道病患者随机分成两组,两组均给予替硝唑泡腾片治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予中药治疗。结果:两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在改善全身自觉症状、降低复发率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组明显优于对照组。结论:中西医结合治疗细菌性阴道病有较好的临床效果,复发率低。
