| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨育龄妇女EP组织内VEGF、CD34和INS的表达及其与EP发生的关系。方法:免疫组化SP法观察50例EP组织中VEGF、CD34和INS的表达。结果:EP组织腺上皮VEGF表达明显增强(P<0.01),MVD值明显增高,INS表达与正常子宫内膜相比无差异(P>0.05)。EP组织MVD值与VEGF表达呈正相关(r=0.813 2),而VEGF的表达强度与INS表达无明显相关关系(r=-0.179 7)。结论:VEGF与EP的发生有关,VEGF促进EP组织内的血管生成。EP组织中INS表达与正常子宫内膜无差异,目前未提示INS与EP发病的相关性。
