| 摘 要： | 目的:研究生存素(Survivin)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在反复自然流产患者血清及绒毛组织中的表达及探讨其临床意义。方法:收集反复自然流产68例患者的血清和绒毛组织作为观察组,选择50例人工流产孕妇的血清及绒毛组织作为对照组,应用酶联免疫吸附试验检测两组血清中Survivin和VEGF的表达,应用免疫组化方法检测两组绒毛组织中Sur-vivin和VEGF的表达。结果:Survivin和VEGF在观察组患者血清及绒毛组织中的表达明显低于对照组。结论:Survivin和VEGF在反复自然流产患者表达较正常早孕低,在复发性流产疾病发生发展过程中可能有重要作用。
