| 摘 要： | 目的:评价信息支持减轻自然流产病人焦虑状态的积极作用及其对妇女生殖卫生的指导意义。方法:采取便利抽样法,将118例初始疾病不确定感和焦虑水平较高的自然流产患者随机分成实验组和对照组各59例,采用中文版疾病不确定感量表(MUIS)和状态焦虑问卷(SAI)对其入院当天、治疗前一日晚、治疗后24 h、出院当天进行调查。结果:实验组患者治疗前一天晚、治疗后24 h及出院前一天的焦虑水平和疾病不确定感总分及其两个维度均较对照组明显下降(P<0.05),其中出院前焦虑水平和治疗后24 h的疾病不确定感总分两组比较差异显著(P<0.01);任意两相邻时点的疾病不确定感和焦虑下降程度两组间比较,只有入院-治疗前的焦虑下降程度差异不明显,其余各时点的疾病不确定感及其两个维度和焦虑下降程度实验组均明显优于对照组(P<0.05),其中治疗后24 h疾病不确定感水平和不明确性维度下降程度两组比较差异显著(P<0.01)。结论:信息支持对于降低自然流产病人的焦虑状态具有良好的干预效果。 |
