米非司酮联合氨甲蝶呤及微波治疗异位妊娠的疗效分析

目的:观察米非司酮联合氨甲蝶呤及微波治疗异位妊娠的临床效果。方法:将82例异位妊娠患者随机分为两组,观察组41例采用米非司酮联合氨甲蝶呤及微波治疗,对照组41例仅采用米非司酮联合氨甲蝶呤进行治疗,比较两组的治疗成功率及治疗前后β-HCG水平和包块直径变化。结果:观察组的治疗成功率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后每周包块直径逐渐下降,并且观察组治疗后β-HCG水平和包块直径均明显低于同期对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:米非司酮联合氨甲蝶呤及微波对异位妊娠进行治疗,能够明显提高临床疗效,显著降低β-HCG水平和减小包块直径,值得临床推广应用。

Analysis on the clinical efficacy of mifepristone combined with methotrexate and microwave in treatment of ectopic pregnancy

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of mifepristone combined with methotrexate and microwave in treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods:82 patients with ectopic pregnancy were divided into two groups randomly,41 patients in observation group were treated with mifepristone combined with methotrexate and microwave,while 41 patients in control group were treated with mifepristone combined with methotrexate,the success rates of treatment,β-HCG levels and change of mass diameter before and after treatment in the two groups were compared. Results:The success rate of treatment in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the diameters of mass in the two groups decreased gradually week by week,and the level of β-HCG and diameter of mass after treatment in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Mifepristone combined with methotrexate and microwave can improve clinical efficacy significantly in treatment of ectopic pregnancy and reduce β-HCG level and diameter of mass,the method is worthy to be popularized in clinic.
