摘    要:
目的通过结晶硫化镍在支气管上皮细胞系(16 HBE)中磷酸化氨基末端蛋白激酶(P-JNK)和P38的表达,探讨镍致癌的分子机制和中草药对职业性肿瘤的防治作用。方法用SDS聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳和蛋白免疫印迹杂交(Western blot)法检测16 HBE细胞中P-JNK和P38的表达。结果硫化镍能明显激活P-JNK和P38的表达,硫化镍浓度越高,磷酸化P-JNK和P38的表达值越高,而且存在剂量-效应关系,染镍组与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05、P〈0.01)。结论结晶型硫化镍激活16 HBE细胞中P-JNK和P38的表达,可能是镍致癌的分子机制之一,扶正解毒含药血清对职业性肿瘤有一定的防治作用。
