3所中等职业学校学生危险行为调查研究

目的了解昆明市中等职业学校学生相关危险行为发生情况。方法结合云南少数民族生活习惯,设计健康行为调查问卷,收回后计算相关危险行为发生的百分比。结果17.9%的学生曾吸过烟;49.2%的学生曾喝过酒;4.7%的学生曾服用可引起依赖的药物;48.9%的学生在学校没有接受过预防艾滋病的健康教育;29.8%的学生看过描写性行为的书刊、影碟等。结论中等职业学校学生阶段,吸烟、饮酒与易成瘾药物使用是影响他们健康的主要危险行为;艾滋病相关知识知晓率低,应开展性知识和HIV/AIDS的健康教育。

Survey and Study on Risk Behaviors among Students of Three SVSs in Kunming

Objective To realize the situation of risk behaviors among secondary vocational schools(SVSs) students in Kunming city,Yunnan province.Methods Questionnaires for survey of risk behaviors harmful to health were prepared,considering the living styles of minor nationalities in Yunnan Province;calculation was made with the collected information to obtain the parentage of each risk behavior.Results As a result,17.9% of the surveyed students had smoked cigarettes;49.2% had drunk alcohol;4.7% confessed to having taking drugs which might cause dependence;48.9% had received no health education on prevention of AIDS at school;29.8% had seen books and videos depicting sexual activities.Conclusion Smoking cigarettes,drinking alcohol and taking addicting drugs are the major risk behaviors affecting the health of SVS students.The education on sex and AIDS should be offered to them,since it is lacking among them.
