特发性肺纤维化治疗进展

特发性肺(间质)纤维化是一种原因不明的、进行性的、局限于肺部的弥漫性肺泡炎和肺泡结构紊乱,最终导致以肺纤维化伴蜂窝状改变为特征的疾病,肺功能测试显示限制性通气功能障碍和(或)换气障碍。由于其发病机制较为复杂,目前尚无有效的治疗措施,预后差,成为目前国内外的研究热点。近年来,在特发性肺纤维化的治疗方面取得一些进展,现从糖皮质激素、细胞因子、细胞因子拮抗剂、抗氧化治疗及中药等治疗方面进行综述。
