伴中央颞部棘波良性儿童癫痫患儿认知损害与脑电图关系的研究进展

伴中央颞部棘波良性儿童癫痫(BECTS)是最常见的原发性癫痫,也是小儿癫痫最常见的类型之一。传统观点认为BECTS患儿无认知功能的损害,但近年的研究表明患该病的儿童与健康同龄儿童相比存在更多的学习记忆等方面的问题。而脑电图是诊断该病的必不可少的辅助检查,如果从脑电图上能够发现其与认知损害之间的联系,对早用药或康复干预以提高患儿的生活质量及其回归社会有很大帮助。
