大肠癌转移相关肿瘤标志物的研究进展

大肠癌病死率在全球恶性肿瘤病死率中位于第4位,就诊时有15%~35%的患者已发生转移,丧失了手术治疗的时机。目前对大肠癌的研究主要集中在大肠癌转移相关标志对大肠癌转移的早期发现和诊断等方面。诸多研究发现,大肠癌转移涉及许多分子机制,大肠癌复发转移仍是问题的关键所在。了解大肠癌转移相关肿瘤标志物既有助于提高大肠癌转移的早期诊断和治疗,又对大肠癌微转移患者的复发、预后和临床治疗有重要的意义,以期达到提高患者生存率的目的 。
